The man who knows how to keep your butts happy on a Bike

We often face problems with the terribly stiff seats of bikes and many a times it becomes a real ‘pain to our ass.’ Aejaz Khan, from Mumbai, is the man who can solve all such problems. This man, popularly called Chintu, is making customized motorbike seats from the past 35 years.

The reason why his seats are extremely comfortable is because he measures his client’s height, build and requirements before finalizing the seat. To make seats comfortable for women, he adds extra sponge and deepens the seat.

What makes him so special is his contribution towards the film industry. He is making seats for Bollywood actors and films from a very long time. He has designed the Jet Ski seat for Salman Khan in Partner, SRK’s seat for Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, Ali Zafar’s seat for Kill Dil, Aditya Chopra’s seat for Dhoom and Bobby Deol’s seat for the upcoming Race 3.

He has also designed seats for award functions including for Jacqeline Fernandez at Lux Gold Awards and for Akshay Kumar at Police Awards. Big stars have even approached him to make seats for their personal bikes. He has made MS Dhoni’s Hayabusa’s seat, Salim Khan’s triumph seat and R Madhavan’s seat for his personal bike.

This is not it, there’s so much to learn from his story. He just charges between Rs 2000 to 5000 per seat and works under the sun in his tiny six by four feet workshop. His story speaks out loud that passion, hard work and talent can take one to big places.
